Fees

Southwestern provides services to patients based on their ability to pay. If you have insurance, it may or may not cover your treatment. We will file your insurance on your behalf. Many insurance policies pay for a portion of our fees. While most do not pay 100% of your treatment costs, you will be expected to pay your share. One of our patient account representatives will be happy to answer any questions you have concerning payment for services.
