Controller
A full-time position is available as a Controller to manage the
accounting and patient accounts functions of Southwestern. This
position is directly responsible for the preparation of financial
statements, patient accounts, contract billing and financial
compliance. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with three
years management experience preferred. Master’s degree or CPA
desired. Working knowledge of electronic spreadsheets and automated
accounting systems is required. Strong interpersonal, human
relations, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills
are also required.
Ph.D. Clinical Psychologist
Immediate opening for clinical psychologist to provide clinical services
to assigned patient populations, and psychological evaluation of youth
and adults in an outpatient setting. Must be licensed by the State
of Indiana and eligible as HSSP.
Registered Nurse
One full-time
position is available for an RN as part of Southwestern’s interdisciplinary
treatment team primarily working with Addiction Services. Primary business
hours Monday – Friday with minimal weekend on-call hours, if needed.
Responsibilities include serving as the professional nursing link between
patient and physicians, pharmacist, case managers, therapist and other care
providers. Duties include patient screenings and providing education to
patients and staff regarding physical needs medications, wellness and
safety. Applicants must have a current Indiana RN license and be a graduate
of an accredited school of nursing. Experience working with patients in
recovery is desirable.
Licensed Practical Nurse
Positions available for LPN to work as
part of Southwestern’s interdisciplinary treatment team. This position will
work closely with physicians to deliver outpatient clinic services.
Responsibilities include collection of patient information; provide routine
patient instructions and screening, maintenance of electronic data, and
coordination of care with other providers. Applicant must have a current
Indiana LPN license and be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Previous physician office experience is desirable.
MSW - Gibson Regional
Services
One full-time
position is available at our Princeton Office for a therapist to work in an
outpatient setting. Responsibilities include providing individual, family,
and group therapy to children and adults. Position also provides clinical
assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment services to assigned
outpatient populations to insure the delivery of excellent patient care.
Must hold a Masters in Social Work and become licensed as an LCSW.
Bachelor's Level Case Manager -
Community Support Services
Full-time, day shift positions are available for bachelor’s level
therapists in our Community Support Services Program working with the
severely and persistently mentally ill. Responsibilities include ongoing
development of patient treatment plans, evaluating and assisting individuals
with attaining their highest level of functioning and maximizing their
independence through coaching, motivating, reminding, problem solving,
providing assistance with accessing needed services, etc. Bachelor’s degree
in social work, psychology, or sociology required. Applicant’s must qualify
for Southwestern’s vehicle liability coverage and have a valid operator’s
driver’s license.
Mental Health Technician - Supervised
Group Living
Several part-time (variety of shifts)
mental health technician positions
are available to work in our group homes
with patient residents. We offer an individualized orientation program
to help you learn how to effectively work with our residents.
Applicants
must be 21 years of age with a high school degree or
equivalent. Applicant
must also qualify for Southwestern's vehicle liability coverage and
have a valid operator's driver's license.
Mental Health Technician -
Addiction Services
A part-time position is currently
available at Stepping Stone, our Addictions Services program
for a mental health technician. Technicians assist patients
who have addictions in our residential and halfway house program.
Responsibilities include taking inquiries, completing the necessary
paperwork for admissions, maintaining charts, and writing
discharges. Technicians will also
co-facilitate groups and educational classes with therapist.
Familiarity with 12-step program is preferred. Applicant must be 21
years of age, high school graduate or equivalent. Applicant must
also qualify for Southwestern’s vehicle liability coverage and have
a valid operator’s driver’s license.
Maintenance Staff
One full-time
position is available for an experienced maintenance technician.
Responsibilities include maintenance repairs and preventive
maintenance such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical,
mechanical, and heating and air conditioning for all Southwestern
facilities and equipment. This position requires some knowledge of
various trade fundamentals. High School diploma or GED with proven
work experience in industrial maintenance is required. Post
secondary degree is preferred. Must be at least 21 years of age and
hold a valid drivers license.
