EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. is an employee assistance provider to several area companies. This program extends confidential counseling services to employees as a part of their employment benefits package. Available sessions range from three to as many as twelve without cost to the employee. The number of sessions is dependent upon the contractual arrangement between the company and Southwestern.
Eligible employees, family, and household members can receive free and confidential help from professional counselors in the areas of:
