Thank you for your interest in Southwestern. Approximately 250 individuals comprise the Southwestern team which includes both clinical and non-clinical employees. Clinical employees include psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, therapists, case managers, and technicians. Non-clinical employees include administrators, patient account representatives, support staff, maintenance technicians, housekeeping, and more. We offer both full-time and part-time positions along with a competitive salary and benefits package.
