Alcohol and Substance Abuse

Addiction to alcohol or other drugs is a disease that can affect anyone regardless of educational background, race or socioeconomic status. The first priority is a comprehensive assessment. In many instances, the addiction can be managed in an outpatient setting involving components of group, individual and family therapy. Participation in community 12-step meetings is an integral part of all addiction treatment plans. Referral can be facilitated to other area providers of inpatient or residential services as needed for more complicated situations.

Our services also include outpatient detoxification (when deemed clinically safe) under the direction of a physician.
