Consumer Advisory Board Membership

The Consumer Advisory Board exists to gather feedback directly from consumers and community stakeholders. The board will identify gaps in services, consumer needs, barriers to treatment and make recommendations for meeting those needs. Members consist of a mixture of volunteers including individuals living with a mental health and/or substance use disorder, and physical health condition(s) (“Consumers”), family members or friends who identify themselves as a caregiver to a Consumer (“Family Members”), and other community stakeholders with interest and involvement in the primary care and behavioral health integrated care delivery system. At least fifty-one percent (51%) of the Board Members must self-identify as Consumers or Family Members.

WRAP – Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is a prevention and wellness process that anyone can use to get well, stay well, and make their life more the way they want it to be through a series of tools and action plans. This is a process for anyone who wants to make positive changes in the way they feel and the way they react to life.
