Employee Development

At Southwestern, we provide our employees with the tools and opportunities for growth and development within their fields. Along with providing multitudes of trainings to obtain free CEUS, employees are encouraged to seek out and attend trainings that allow them to specialize in their areas of interest. We offer hundreds of hours of company-paid professional trainings for skills, certifications, and continuing education hours. Southwestern also provides clinical supervision under the guidance of a licensed clinical social worker for all master-level staff in need of supervision hours.
