Consumer Board Involvement

Members consist of a mixture of volunteers including individuals living with a mental health and/or substance use disorder, and physical health condition(s) (“Consumers”), family members or friends who identify themselves as a caregiver to a Consumer (“Family Members”), and other community stakeholders with interest and involvement in the primary care and behavioral health integrated care delivery system. At least fifty-one percent (51%) of the Board Members must self-identify as Consumers or Family Members. Interested in learning more, send us an email.

WRAP

Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is a prevention and wellness process that anyone can use to get well, stay well, and make their life more the way they want it to be through a series of tools and action plans. For more information on WRAP, send us an email
