We offer both telehealth and face to face services at our locations.

If you choose a telehealth appointment:

• You will receive a website link to be able to see your provider through the internet during your scheduled appointment time

• Our support staff will call you to give you further instructions

If you do not have access to the internet:

​

• We offer face to face appointments on site

• Telehealth at our locations in a private office with a provider in a different office

• Telephone visits
