Who We Are

​

We are the Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare, Inc.’s Division of Child and Family Services. Our mission is to help children and families thrive. We achieve this goal by offering quality services provided by a multidisciplinary team of experts. Our staff consists of two Board Certified Child Psychiatrists, a Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Social Workers, and Bachelor’s level Skills Development Specialists.

Who We Serve

We serve children and adolescents in Posey, Gibson, Vanderburgh and Warrick Counties. We have a variety of specialists trained to help children ages 2 to 18 as well as parents and caregivers.

What We Do

​

The Division of Child and Family has a caring staff that understands the individual needs of the children and families we serve. Each person referred to Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. receives a comprehensive assessment and an individualized treatment plan which are reviewed by one of our Board Certified Psychiatrists. Services are recommended based on the needs of each child and may included group therapy, individual therapy, community based skills training, high fidelity wraparound, school based services, and medication management.
