Flexible Support for Your Journey to Wellness
Recovery is a journey that happens where you live, work, and thrive. Our Outpatient Services are designed for individuals who do not require 24-hour supervision but still benefit from professional guidance, clinical therapy, and a supportive community.
Whether you are stepping down from a residential program or seeking help for the first time, we provide the tools you need to maintain long-term sobriety while staying connected to your daily life.
We offer various levels of outpatient care to meet you exactly where you are:
-
Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Matrix Programs: A structured program that uses evidence-based curriculum and provides services that include therapy (group, individual, and family), case management, education classes, peer support, and family education. Ideal for those who need a high level of accountability while maintaining their home or work schedule. For more information on our Matrix Groups please click these links: Morning Matrix Group and Evening Matrix Group.
-
Individual therapy: Sessions that focus on the client's unique set of emotions, thoughts, and history and collaboratively work toward individual solutions to enhance recovery.
-
Outpatient Specialty Groups: Groups that meet one or two times a week and are designed for those who have some period of sobriety and have already completed an intensive program. These groups include Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention, and more.
-
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT): Access to medical support, if recommended as part of your comprehensive recovery plan.

What to Expect on Your First Visit
Welcome! We want your first visit to be as smooth and supportive as possible. Before you meet with a therapist for your initial assessment, there are a few essential steps to help us get started on your journey.
Step 1: Privacy and Consents
Our team will meet with you privately to review and sign necessary paperwork. This includes:
-
Consent to Treat: Giving us permission to provide you with care.
-
Privacy Practices: We will provide you with a copy of our privacy policies so you know how your information is protected.
-
Release of Information (ROI): If you’d like us to coordinate care with family members or other providers, you can sign a release to give us permission to do so.
Step 2: Health Screenings and Assessment Prep
To help our clinicians understand your unique needs, we ask all new clients to complete the following:
-
Initial Paperwork: You will fill out brief questionnaires regarding your mental health history and any substance use.
-
Urine Drug Screen (UDS): As part of our comprehensive assessment process, a UDS is required during this first visit. This helps us ensure we are creating the safest and most effective treatment plan for you.
Step 3: Insurance and Financial Assistance
If you do not have insurance, don't worry, we are here to help!
-
We can assist you in applying for Presumptive Eligibility for the Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP). If approved, your coverage begins immediately.
-
Once approved, you’ll have 30–60 days to complete the full application. Our staff is available to guide you through this process.
Step 4: Your Clinical Assessment
Finally, you will meet with a licensed clinician specializing in addictions and mental health. During this time, they will:
-
Review the information you provided.
-
Discuss the challenges you’ve been facing.
-
Collaborate with you to develop a personalized treatment plan and schedule your follow-up appointments.
Our initial time together is all about getting to know you and understanding your unique journey. We’ll spend this first appointment talking through your goals and working together to create a personalized plan that feels right for you. Once we’ve agreed on a path forward, we will get your future appointments on the calendar. Please note that this first visit is focused on your clinical assessment and does not include a meeting with a physician.
